Tom has been a dedicated mortgage professional for over 31 years, specializing in a wide range of loan types including VA, FHA, Conventional, USDA, DSCR, Physician loans, and subprime loans. With a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, Tom has spent his career helping individuals navigate complex financial landscapes, especially those who may face challenges in the credit arena.

In 2000, Tom founded Summit Mortgage LLC, which he successfully owned and operated until 2012. His extensive experience in the mortgage industry includes working as a mortgage broker with a focus on subprime loans—a niche he continues to serve today. While traditional banks and retail mortgage companies often turn away clients with lower credit scores, Tom's expertise in the broker market allows him to provide solutions for individuals who may otherwise be excluded.

For the past 11 years, Tom has continued to lead SBS Mortgage, bringing his vast knowledge and commitment to helping clients secure the right mortgage solutions. His longstanding career has made him a trusted advisor to countless clients who appreciate his personalized approach to mortgage lending.
